If you own a motor home, and like us because of the confined space you don’t relish the idea of filling it with steam and smells etc then get this great little book. It not only contains some interesting dishes but gives you some insight into the problems and issues around cooking in a motor home.

Customer Review: Two Pan Cooking

This is an excellent cook book not only for caravans, motor homes and small spaces. The recipes are easy to prepare. They do not need a large stock of ingredients. The text is very clear to read with excellent photographs of the completed recipes. The binding is most convenient as the base has a fixed triangular section which allows the book to stand up on the work surface so it does not require a lot of space. The pages are spiral bound so that turn over is easy especially if you have mucky fingers.
