Shurland Dale Holiday Park

Shurland Dale Holiday Park is situated on the Isle of Sheppey, a small island just off the North coast of Kent. The park is surrounded by beautiful beaches and breathtaking countryside so there is much to see and do whilst at the Park.

During the day you could go for a swim in the indoor swimming pool or even take part in some of the Water Resorts activities, watch the children have fun on the sports field or playing on the adventure playground.

There are also Sparky’s Krew activities throughout the day to keep the kids busy, from Club breakfast, mini beast safari where the children get to explore the park for bugs and beetles, parachute adventure which is excellent and games under a playtime parachute, spy school to fancy dress parties, discos and talent shows. The children will have great fun which gives you time to relax.

If you would rather opt out of self catering there is the cafe and takeaway food bar as well as the Boathouse Tavern where you can also enjoy the evening’s entertainment. This includes live shows at weekends and during the busier peak weeks.

Static caravans are available to either rent or purchase, and are graded according to the level of furnishings, fixtures and fittings.

There is also many activities off the park grounds should you choose to wonder. Bredgar & Wormshill Light Railway shows you a whole range of steam locomotives, traction engines, vans and a bus from the 1920’s. Farming World allows you to view hundreds of different species of animals. Watch the antics of the farm animals, meet stunning shire horses, and be dazzled by magnificent falconry displays.Wildwood is located at Kent’s woodland discovery park. Here you can experience close encounters with the native wildlife including badgers, otters, beavers and wolves. Bluewater is an excellent shopping and leisure centre with over 330 stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and 13 screen cinema. The biggest shopping centre in England.

For a more relaxing activity there is Sea fishing. Which operates from various small fishing ports along the coast of Queensborough on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.

Whatever you are interested in, from fishing to mountain biking or golf to history, Shurland Dale is the perfect place to enjoy any activity, at your leisure.
