Ty Mawr caravan park review
Ty Mawr is situated in the small village of Rhyd Ddu, 30 km from Bangor and just 15 km from Caernarfon in the county of Gwynedd, North Wales. It is located at the bottom of Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales. Its peak (1085 meters) is only 6 km away. An amazing place to visit with some breathtaking scenery. You can enjoy all that the Park has to offer plus the many attractions nearby including Rhyl, Prestatyn & Llandudnowhich has miles of beautiful beaches, shopping, markets and funfairs. Gwydyr Forest which is located in the centre of the Snowdonia National Park. The forest has many habitats including upland lakes, rivers, upland oak woodlands, large conifers and open spaces, a wide variety of birds, mammals and plants live there which you may be able to look out for.Alice in Wonderland Centre is great fun for the kids.With walk-through wonderland and life-sized animated displays of some of the most popular scenes from the Alice in Wonderland story. Anglesey Sea Zoo is Wales’s biggest marine aquarium. With over 50 species to see the tour takes you through a Shipwreck, a walkover the Shark Pool and then onto the wonders of the Open Ocean.
There is something for everyone to enjoy from very young to the Young at heart.
